Delivery by 12/24 icon. Because our packing and shipping time varies by item, only our quickest-shipping products will be available through Midnight 12/19 PST. This will provide you the best assurance that your last minute gifts will arrive on time. Other restrictions apply (see below).
How can I take advantage of the "To Your Door by 12/24"?
Just look for items with the Delivery by 12/24 icon and add them to your cart. As soon as your order is placed, we will closely monitor your package(s). If our systems tell us that your package(s) will not arrive by 12/24 via ground shipping, eBags will upgrade your shipping to two day air free of charge on these designated items.

Standard eBags US Shipping Guidelines apply. Only packages transacted directly on eBags.com and shipped within the continental United States are eligible for this program.
Exclusions
eBags will not be responsible for any delays due to Acts of God, labor actions, customs delays or other regulatory actions or similar circumstances. Customer supplied delivery address must be a complete and accurate business or residential street address. Someone must be available at the address designated for delivery on the expected date of delivery.
Changes
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the "To Your Door by 12/24" commitment or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the "To Your Door by 12/24" promotion. No change in the "To Your Door by 12/24" promotion will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
