As a pilot seeking a stylish and feminine aviator’s watch, Chelsea “Abingdon” Welch discovered that in order to find the product she desired, she needed to create it for herself. As a co-founder of the Abingdon Watch Company, she recognized the need of female pilots, aviation mechanics, and adventurers who wanted a fully functional aviator’s watch but could not find one to accommodate the size of a woman’s wrist. The Abingdon Watch Company was launched by establishing itself as the only watch company in the world to specialize in female aviator watches. Their collection of watches includes unique functions such as stop watch ability, specific flying functions, multiple time zone displays, conversions, and altitude displays while offering sophisticated, feminine designs that would be appealing to any female. The watches are fashionable, functional, and versatile enough to meet the demands of pilots in the air or on the street.
