Higher Ground was born of necessity when our design office acquired it's first laptop back in the 90's. After trying to balance and use the laptop on our laps and frying our thighs, we knew there had to be a better solution. We created and patented the award winning Lapdog (by Shaun Jackson Design) and the rest is history. Higher Ground is primarily comprised of highly functional laptop cases that offer full-time protection for your notebook computer and open to create a comfortable work out of the case solution for use on your lap or desktop surface.
