"It is a great hydration system for trail running and mountain biking. I bought it for its size and am happy I didnt go for something bigger. 70 oz. is plenty for 2-3 hours of trail running or mountain biking and it saves ~3 lbs. over the next size up (100 oz.). I am 61 and 215 lbs. I would recommend this to any outdoor enthusiast." |
