"Loved this bag when it arrived. I have had an overall good experience with it, but the strap is not well padded, so when both laptop and files are inside, it cuts into my shoulder. Other than that, it has held up well and shows very little wear."

"its extremely reliable. Even though the sling doesnt have zippers to close the main compartment, the sling intelligently folds in the opening to keep the external elements out. I live in a tropical city where i almost always get caught in the rain and this feature is one of the things i noticed during the first week i had it. amazing!
