"Bought the suitcase for my wife for Christmas. She loves it. I compared it and a carry-on Tumi and ended up choosing this one because of the compartments/organization. I am very pleased with it. So much so that it makes me wish I had bought one for myself. I will definitely be getting her the full size version for her in the future." |

"I purchased this bag to use as a carry on bag and after doing a lot of research of user reviews. After using it on a recent three day trip to Las Vegas, I can say that I am very happy with this bag, and that it is all that it is cracked up to be.
By using Eagle Creek cubes and accessories, the bag easily held all my travel needs, and kept them well organized.The bag easily fit in the overhead bin of Deltas Boeing 737, but had to be placed sideways in the overhead bin of the MD-90 we flew on our return trip. It would not fit with the wheels out.
I only wish that I had learned about Eagle Creek and their Tarmac series before buying the Briggs and Riley, Pathfinder, and TravelPros that Ive used in the past. Compared to the Tarmac 22, those bags are heavy, clumsy and obsolete." |

"I purchased this EC Tarmac 22 in August 2007 after my previous TravelPro 22 served me well for 8 years. I decided to try EC due to my good experience with their packing system. This bag is quite amazing. It is very light. It is shaped properly for plane with short overhead compartments. The book style opening with zipper is genius. Like most travel weary road warriors, I prefer not to check in bags. Ive not yet had to check this bag when traveling internationally. Great for trips between 3-4 days. This is my favorite bag to travel with." |
