2014 Extended FREE Holiday Returns Policy

Our extended FREE Holiday Returns Policy gives you extra time during the busy Holiday season to make any necessary returns without incurring a late return fee.

For items purchased between November 1st 2014 and December 24th 2014, the deadline to make a FREE return will be extended through January 31st, 2015. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase during this time period, you may return any unused or defective merchandise FREE for a prompt refund.

For items purchased between December 1st and December 24th, 2014, you will have additional days even after January 31st, 2015 to make a return, but the return must take place no later than 60 days after the order date, and a $6.95 per-item fee will be deducted from the return credit. As an alternative to the $6.95 per-item fee, you may elect to receive a store credit in the form of an eBags Gift Certificate, and you will not be charged a fee. Note: this option only applies to orders placed directly on during the time period above.

Our standard 30-day FREE return policy will take effect again on December 25th, 2014.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

  • eBags will pay the UPS return shipping costs if the item is returned from within the US. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. Any UPS drop-off locations will accept your return once the prepaid return label has been attached to the return shipment.
  • All items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
  • Items are protected by eBags against defects for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. After that time, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
  • If you receive multiple return labels for items you intend to return together, or are returning multiple purchases together, please contact us at 1-800-820-6126, to prevent any problems or delays in processing your refund.
  • Your refund will include the price of the bag and any taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges or return fees if applicable.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Gift Returns

If you have received an eBags item as a gift and are not completely satisfied with the gift, please submit a Gift Return to receive an eBags gift certificate.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

  • All gift returns will be issued store credit in the form of an eBags Gift Certificate and the amount of the Gift Certificate will reflect the original purchase price, less the initial shipping fee and any applicable return fees.
