A. Points will be added to your account within 24 hours in a pending status. Provided the items are not returned, the points will be available to redeem within 30 days.

Q. What is a pending status?
A. Points in a pending status are not available to redeem.

Q. How many eBags Rewards points will I earn on my order?
A. We will take a percentage of your order and convert it into points. (eg: a 5% eBags Rewards promotion on a $100 order equals 5 points)

Q. How much is an eBags Rewards point worth?
A. Each point converts to one dollar at checkout.

Q. How do I redeem my eBags Rewards points?
