In the event that you ever experience a problem with an eBags Brand product, we’re here to help! For eBags Brand Limited Lifetime Warranty claims, we will at our discretion, ask for supporting documentation of the product failure in the form of a photo[s] and/or a written description. In certain instances, we may also ask that you return the bag to us in order to better assess the Warranty claim.
Depending upon the nature of your Warranty claim, we may choose to repair your item, replace it, or offer another form of reparation.

eBags’ P.O. Number (located on a white tag in the main compartment of your bag)

*Please note that for both consumer and commercial use (e.g. Airline Flight Crew), excessive wear & tear is not covered. Determination of what is excessive wear & tear is subject to the sole discretion of the eBags Brand Warranty Team.
