"NOT BUILT TO LAST...I was very impressed the first time I used this High Sierra piece and was excited about the purchase. But the honeymoon was over after the second trip. I have had this item for over a year now, along with the 26- and 22-inch mates, taking them on 4 vacation trips. The zipper pulls started disappearing at the fourth trip on an airport baggage claim carousel (the backpack strap zipper was the first go) and only the main compartment zipper pull remains. The expansion zipper would not close after the third trip, the teeth are so small and cheap that it will not work even when the bag is empty. The handle velcro doesnt stay closed anymore and routinely gets caught on other bags handles on the baggage carousel." |

"Item is too heavy. Would not carry as a back pack because too heavy. Eliminate the straps and housing for the back pack feature. Almost returned the item but was too much of a hassle to do that." |

"The bag overall is a great bag. It can expand and collapse to either increase or decrease its size depending on what you have packed.
The probably is that it is not very durable. The wheels have broken rather easily and one of the clips broke on a flight. I still use the back but wish that its constructions was better." |
