Hassle-Free Return Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by eBags. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days for a prompt refund.

You can do this by entering the eBags Web site and filling out the merchandise return form. If you are located in the Continental U.S., we will contact you to arrange a UPS pickup. For information about Canada, please see the 'Returns Procedure' section.

When completing the merchandise return form you will be asked to specify whether you prefer a credit to your credit card or if you are requesting a replacement item be shipped. Note: Replacement items must be identical (including color) to your original order. If you are interested in a different item, you will select the "credit my card" option and place a new order.

If you are returning your item for credit, your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. eBags will coordinate and pay the return freight charges, but will deduct a small return charge of $5.00. If the return is due to a manufacturing or eBags error, the initial shipping and return charges will be waived.

Your card will be credited within 48 hours of when the UPS driver picks up the merchandise from your doorstep. Expect the credit to show up on your next monthly credit card statement.
