Joining
1) What do I need to do in order to join?
Begin by reviewing the eBags Operating Agreement. Once you've accepted the agreement, then simply click on any of the "Join Now" links and fill out the information requested. It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply, no minimum sales requirement, and you can cancel at any time. Once you are approved by eBags, you can place a link on your site and start earning commissions immediately.

2) Will my site be accepted?
eBags accepts a majority of new partners who apply to our program. However, per our Operating Agreement we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to reject sites that, in our opinion, infringe on or violate any applicable law, rule or regulation; any proprietary right of any third party; are defamatory, obscene, offensive or controversial, or that are otherwise inappropriate for the promotion of eBags.

3) I'm based outside of the US, can I still join?
eBags currently only ships to US & Canadian addresses. Since we do not ship internationally, we do not have many partners based outside of the US. If you are based outside of the US but would still like to promote eBags on a site optimized for US traffic simply apply as usual and we will review your application.

4) How do I create links?
Once you're logged into CJ, click on the "Get Links" tab, then the "By Relationship" tab. In the row for eBags, click on "View Links" and see what we have to offer in terms of banners and text links. If you would like to link to individual products, click on "View Products" and use the search box to help you find what you're looking for.

5) Can I link to individual products?
Yes, you can link to any specific product at eBags. When you're logged in to CJ, click on the "Get Links" tab, followed by the "By Relationship" link. In the row for eBags, click on the "View Products" link. This will give you individual links to our products.

6) Does eBags have special offers I can post for my visitors?
From time to time eBags provides partners with special offers to promote. These include Free Shipping, Buy one get one 50% off, or 20% off. Offers like these can significantly increase click through and conversion rates. Partners receive a monthly newsletter containing all our latest promotions.

7) Does eBags have a data feed I can use?
eBags is able to provide partners with a data feed. Please contact Commission Junction client support at 1-800-761-1072 in order to access our data feed.

Earning
8) What does eBags pay in commissions?
eBags pays at least 3% on all sales. Partners who sell less than $2,500 in a calendar month will receive 3% of all sales; those who sell more than $2,500 will earn 5% on all sales, including the first $2,500.

9) Will I earn commissions on purchases I make?
As long as you enter eBags through a link on your site, yes, you will earn commissions on all purchases you make for yourself, family, or friends.

10) How much can I expect to earn?
eBags pays out more than any other bag and luggage retailer, and more than most other online retailers. Many of our top partners make well over $1,000 in base commissions each month. We also periodically offer special promotions and additional bonuses that have the potential to boost earnings even higher.
As with any program, earnings will differ greatly from partner to partner and depend on a number of factors including site content, popularity and traffic rank, and how heavily eBags and eBags products are promoted.

11) What reports will I have access to?
CJ provides you with a variety of online reports, all updated daily. We have reports on impressions, click-throughs, conversion rates, best selling bags, orders, and commissions earned. You can run the reports any time you want over any period of time you choose. Log in at http://www.CJ.com.

12) I've forgotten my username and or password - can you help?
Simply click here and enter the email address you registered with. CJ will automatically send your password to you.

13) How can I update my account information?
Once you're logged in to CJ, just click on the "Account" tab, then the "Edit" button above your contact info. Here you may also add additional users to your account, change your payment information or method, or add new sites to your account.
