"The extra padding at the bottom of the bag prevents tearing if it hits the sidewalk. The inner sleeve holds my laptop securely. I recommended the bag to my friends who are looking to purchase a wheeled backpack in the future." |

"My experience is that Jansport bags are no better than brands selling for $30. I have owned two and neither lasted more than a year. These bags are made of polysestor instead of nylon so they wear quickly. The wheels bow out because the bottom of the bag has weak support. When it bows, the bottom will rub the walkway. After about two minutes of this rubbing, the bottom has a hole in it. This is with just school books in the bag.
The Jansport warranty requires the bag to be shipped to Washington state but they consider jsut about every degect to be normal wear which is NOT covered by the warranty." |
