"Its a nice dark color other than black which means it looks nice longer. The side strap (in this model it is tan) that appears to help hold really large loads doesnt latch or grab well. If its cosmetic, then it is ok. But we bought a large back pack because my daughter needs a large one. I can imagine times when the zippers shouldnt be closed and a working (tightly latching and grabbing) strap would be effective then. The side strap could be up higher about to the top if it really intended to be a working strap rather than cosmetic. Otherwise, nice, unique colors. Hopefully this backpack will last for 2 or 3 school years." |
