"The bag is what I was searching for. Due to its simple large compartment I could rearrange my items regardless of limiting pocket sizes. I packed in three pairs of jeans, a pair of boots, flipflops, towel, skirt, 5 shirts, toiletries, 2 cardigans and 4 scarves and still have enough room to bring home souvenirs of 4 child tshirts etc. I traveled for a week and half through two countries in South America and the bag held up beautifully. I was able to take it carry-on for all flights. The wheels are fabulous and the handle is wonderfully tall, as I am 6ft things like handle length matter. The backpack fits nicely enough but it isnt the most comfortable at the base. I only had to carry mine as a back pack about a mile at a time but by the end Id learned to tuck my jacked in behind me to soften the base at my back. Not really a complaint but if you think youll really rely on the back pack portion rather than the wheelie this might not be for you. The zippers and threads withstood some serious abuse as did the wheels. I found the bag to fit all my needs with stellar results and would highly recommend it for anyone in need of a convenient, discreet, versatile bag." |

"My daughter thinks it is very cute, but she is not happy with the minimal number of storage spaces in the backpack. She has to have a backpack with wheels because of the many books she must take to school everyday. Her school does not have lockers, so they have to lug everything around with them all day." |

"The item itself seems to be of high quality. Not as many pockets as I would like. The biggest problem was the ordering processes. After confirming the order, e-bags informed me they didnt have the color we selected. Then they did not send the correct replacement color. Big nightmare. Probably will not order from e-bags again." |
