"This is a very well organized laptop backpack. You can fit other items into the laptop area (well-padded) and I recently was able to fit all necessities for a weekend trip. It sits nicely on the back and does not feel heavy even when full. I like the shape, which is unique and doesnt look like a regular backpack."

"This backpack is awesome! I just started graduate school, and my top criterion for finding a new backpack was comfort. I couldn't ask for anything more. I have to carry my laptop, several large books, and everyday items like a wallet and glasses, and this bag makes the load balanced and comfortable! I bought the green on green one, and I still love the colors! Also, I go to a large university, and I still haven't seen anyone else with this bag."

"This backpack is well organized and attractive, but I don't recommend it. I bought it to carry my birdwatching supplies, which amount to about 10-15 pounds of stuff. That's not very much. I've had it not even six months yet and there's a big hole in the lining of one of the front zip-away pockets. And each shoulder strap has frayed and split to reveal the white foam padding underneath. It hasn't undergone a lot of wear-and-tear - I walk in parks and cities a lot while wearing it. I'm very disappointed in the craftsmanship of this item. I bought it because it used recycled materials, and that made me feel good about Keen and their impact on the environment, but now I'll have to buy a new backpack because this one's falling apart, and there'll be another backpack in the dump."
