"I got the bag in black and have been very satisfied overall. Ive had more compliments on it than on any other bag Ive had. When I ordered, I didnt realize that the front detail included rhinestones (from the photo they look like more studs) but they add to the overall effect.
The interior of the bag is one large compartment with a small zippered compartment to the back and two pouches to the front for cell phones and players. The biggest drawback to the bag is how much it holds - for me, it ended up looking more like a fancy tote more than a handbag - but others may find it a plus.
I really like the security of being able to latch the top. Although I didnt use the feature a lot, it adds to the appearance.
Other raters did not care for the small outside pockets because they dont hold much. I consider them a design feature rather than a pocket, using them only for my work security card, and they were fine for that - easy access and didnt spoil the appearance of the bag.
As for durability, this bag disappointed a bit, breaking down faster than others Ive bought. The divider between the cell phone pockets ripped almost immediately, resulting in one large pocket that was then not very useful. The accent stitching on the outside frayed some, and the pebbled leather finish wore off on the seams, to the point that I no longer use it for work. The wear probably wouldnt show up as much on other colors.
That said, I still like the bag a lot and would probably buy it again, and use it more kindly." |
