"I really liked this bag - the appearance, the organization was all great! However, the cheap strap broke after only 5 months of use (very light loads), and since eBags has a 60 day return policy, I cant return it. Mango Tango did call and apologize saying this was a *KNOWN ISSUE* with this particular type of bag, and they could exchange it for another Mango Tango bag of a different style, but I dont like any of the other styles. Im going to see if Mango Tango will refund my money, otherwise I guess Ill just have to use a bag that I dont like as much.
Its a shame the quality of the strap was so cheap, because I really loved this bag - my favorite one, ever!" |

"LOVED the look of this item, including the cool inside pattern. I was disappointed by the cheap-looking stitching, but the overall style won me over. I used it daily to take my HP laptop to work including a few papers and some odds and ends in the front smaller pouch. However, after 2 months of using it every day, the strap ripped through (its that cheap fake-leather stuff) and is completely useless. I would never buy a Mango Tango bag again." |

"I really like this bag and its accomodation of my 13.3 MacBook and whatever other papers I care to throw into it. When not carrying my computer I use the bag as my everyday carry-all. Its only then that I throw in a full size 24oz stainless steel water bottle (I dont chance it when the computer is onboard).
I really like the silky lining - its look as well as feel.
Im looking into buying other Mango Tango bags as well because I like their creative use of common materials and theyre an extra special value when on sale!" |

"I just received this item and was pretty disappointed. The brown trim is all vinyl and the strap is a cheap cotton. Id return it if it hadnt cost me so much to have it forward shipped to me overseas. I bought this to replace an Eddie Bauer bag I got for less than half the price some years ago, which is still going strong. This doesnt look like it would last a few months. It could accommodate a laptop but is not well padded and there is no separate compartment for it." |
