"The handles are an odd length. They're too short to carry the bag comfortably on your shoulder. Because of the vertical length of the bag they're too long, depending on your height, to carry it by hand. A single padded should strap would be a great additional feature. The interior needs to be a lighter contrasting color to make it easier to find things. Overall, a good bag."

"Smart looking with strong handles, padded laptop pocket inside and small pockets inside. Only thing missing would be a holder for a water bottle inside. Other than that, this is an excellent product. I use this for business travel, as well as to lug things around."
