"This is a very high quality gun range bag for those that take their hobby/profession seriously. You can not compare this bag to other, cheaper "knock-off" range bags. Those bags will function but will not provide the durability, quality materials, functionality, weight carrying ability, nor keep their compartments 'formed shape' over time like this one will. I am duly impressed and very happy that I spent a few nickles more to get a bag that met my stringent requirements. My last range bag lasted 20 years and I used it beyond its design life. With this bag, I know it will last 20 years and beyond. I compared this bag with a multitude of other bags: 1)Competive Edge Dynamics (CED), nice bag if you like bright colors, with lots of bling to attract you, it has its merits and is a good straight forward range bag for competitors in mind; 2) Dillon Modular Range Bag, nice, functional bag, close 2nd with Molle gear straps with side pockets that are removable, and very good people backing it; 3) Maxpedition XPB XL, really good quality, well made, well thought out and modular, but too deep and narrow mid pocket plus cost is high; 4) Allen Co. Master Tactical Range bag, another nice bag with a tie for 2nd, features of this bag was closest to the 5.11 range bag. Seeing reviews on Youtube sold me on 5.11. All pockets are padded and hold their shape, walls of stage bag are high, adjustable, firm, but flexible. Every pocket has a purpose and makes it easy to find things and ensure all equipment is with me at the range. Only draw back is the limited size of the bottle holder. will hold a 16 oz water bottle or bug spray, but will not hold a bottle of decent gerth, or a bottle with a coozy around it. Oh well, almost nirvanna none-the-less. If you take shooting seriously, don't skimp on a cheap bag when you are shooting equipment that is generally $400 and up. Be professional, be safe, be a good role model, and remember, muzzle, trigger and unloaded (MTU). Teach our next generation."

"The 511 Range Ready bag is very well made. It is heavy duty and appears to be made to last a very long time. All of the stitching at all points is well done and doubled where necessary. The straps, snaps and zippers are smooth and easy to operate. When I go to the range I usually take three to six handguns, ammunition for all, extra magazines, targets, tools, eye and hearing protection, and anything else I deem necessary for that trip. It all goes into the 511 with room to spare. I highly recommend this bag to anyone that wants a well made, heavy duty and spacious way to carry their gear."
