"I greatly appreciate all the zipper sections to organize all the little things that I carry for school. I typically load the bag for a day and have room for all my books and such. The compartments down the sides are wonderful, I wish all bags had them. I do have a few issues though. The shoulder straps could use a bit more padding as mine seems to be degrading a little more than expected over the past year. The biggest issue I have is the mesh pockets inside the main compartment. Any time I put a book or notebook in there it catches on the mesh and I have to take extra time getting it in there. I would prefer to not have the mesh pockets all the way down the lid, just the one at the top is sufficient. Also, the outside lower section is difficult to access when the bag isn't fully loaded, it 'collapses' on itself. I added a pocket to one side to accommodate a water bottle, but it seems to easily throw it off balance, but I don't want to add another one as that would make it too bulky for my use. I agree with another reviewer that the drain holes should be able to be closed in some way. The holes let it drain, but also let moisture in. Overall, it's one of the best bags I've had and if it wears out I will definitely consider getting another one."
