"I LOVE this bag! It's spacious, the leather is soft and buttery. The backpack is very comfortable. The only thing I don't like about it is the closure snaps for the two straps in front. It takes time to line up those snaps and quickly close the bag. One single snap in the middle would be optimal but that is a tiny inconvenience compared to the rest of the features of this bag. I have to just remember to not fill it up completely because it holds a lot! Great bag. I just received the bag 4 days ago and I have received numerous compliments on it with people asking where I bought it. Love it!"

"I love this backpack! I was looking for something that could accomodate my Macbook Air and iPad together at the same time plus the contents of my purse. This works beautifully for me. I keep my wallet in the zippered outside pocket that is on the backside so it's hard to get to when wearing but easy to access if you take the backpack off your shoulders. I was pleasantly surprised that this backside pocket is deep enough to hold my wallet and other things that you may need occasional access to - lipsticks, kleenex. I put my keys and blackberry in the 2 front side zippered pockets. Zipper is a little stiff. I will try to put some soap or lubricant on it to see if it zips more easily. I was looking for a backpack that looked more like a purse. This is the most elegant purselike backpack I could find that can accomodate all the stuff I have! Sooooo satisfied!"

"It is a beautiful bag with great compartments and back straps. My issues are that the drawstring doesn't stay up unless tied so you have to untie it everytime you want something from it and it has no structure. It is very floppy if there is nothing inside to support it."
