"It's good overall. I'm very happy with the wheels, they're going strong. I've seen co-workers luggage that have wheels that get stuck, so they have to drag their roller-board across the airport floor. The wheels on this are still working. The plastic around the main handle of the roller-board has a sizable crack in it, but doesn't affect anything as of now. The small bag has maybe two tiny tears in the bottom of it, but I know it's because I have it hanging off of the roller-board and it touches the ground/escalator when I'm not walking. I'm happy with the purchase, and I'd buy it again."

"It's affordable. It doesn't have a lining inside which is my only disappointment. It looks sturdy but I haven't used it during travel. I needed it to transport the things when I was in training."

"This is a NON-EXPANDABLE suitcase despite the description on the website. It has NO side carry handle which is needed for carry convenience. The outer material appears to be tough enough but the interior has a very thin piece of plastic, attached by small velcro patches in the corners, which is functional in hiding the inside carry handle mechanism. But the interior looks cheap with only one large interior pocket inside it. Also, the carry handle mechanism takes up about 1" of space inside the suitcase which reduces cargo capability. The carry case disappoints because the shoulder strap is attached by a ring at one end but sewn to the bag at the other end. You cannot remove the strap and place it inside the carry case. You can adjust the length of the strap but you cannot remove it. Overall, it should function fine for occasional travel use. The 10 year warranty is excellent for peace of mind for such inexpensive luggage."
