"I purchased this bag in the rose design and love its functionality. I have not even owned it a year and already the strap is eroding. I am not sure how long it is going to hold and am extremely disappointed that the strap is not more substantial. It is really cheesy for a bag of this price. I think the manufacturer should make good on it. If not with me, they should at least go back to the drawing board and make a more substantial strap for this lovely little bag. If the strap was more durable, I would certainly purchase this bag again."
