"I like the style, the material, and the look of the bag. I do wish the handles were a few inches longer to fit on my shoulder better when wearing a winter coat. And it would be even better if it had at least one more slide pocket inside for smaller items. I like that the zipper is secured at the end with a snap, making it easier to open and close. The body of the bag is very pliable, therefore, it doesn't hold it's shape if not full. The faux leather material is quite durable, so it should last for many years. I'm happy with this brand and would purchase from them again."
