"Liked the bag and the organization it provided. But, the strap broke after only two days into my trip. Used safety pins to keep the strap in place for the remainder of my month long trip. Very disappointing. What happened to quality control?"

"I have owned this bag for over a year and it is the ONLY bag I use when traveling. I fly overseas 3-10 times a year and I will never be without this item. The small wallet that is tethered inside is perfect for medical cars, ID and credit cards. Plenty of pockets and storage without being bulky. In mine I carry, multiple forms of currency, an iPhone, my Kindle, reading glasses, prescription sunglasses, prescription meds, my passport, flight and travel docs, a pen, tissues, aspirin, lip gloss and blotting papers. When off the plane, I can easily place my camera inside. It is slim and low profile and fits in the seat pocket on airplanes. The long strap lets me adjust to any length and I love that I can use it as a cross body bag when moving through the airport and walking around the cities. I have gifted this item to a few people and all have never stopped using it. Good quality materials as well. Again, I have had mine for over a year. It has logged over 150,0000 miles and it looks fabulous. Buy this bag!!!"

"This is my updated review: I have many Baggallinis that I swap out and use daily. I bought this for a trip to NYC. When we go (several times a year) we walk around all day and don't go back to the hotel at all until bedtime so I need a bag that's not huge but can carry the things I'll need throughout the day. My only real complaint is the same complaint I have with all Baggallinis: the credit card/cash section needs to be in one of the smaller pockets, not the bigger. The great things about this bag is the crossbody style (arms and hands free is a must for me, I can't have a bag that has to be actively carried) and the strap is really comfortable. The fact that the bag is flat is also a plus as it doesn't add bulk to your frame, and you can turn the zipper side toward your body for security. I use cash when I travel because it's more convenient for cabs, items purchased on the street, etc., and there's a pocket on the front that holds bills flat with your change so it's easy to get the amount of money you want. The slot that holds your cell phone is very easy access, when it rings you don't have to hunt for it. I also like that it can be washed. I put the whole bag, emptied of course, in a lingerie laundry bag, put it in the washer with my cold laundry and hang it up to dry. It's one of my favorite day-trip bags, as well as the Urban Backpack. The Everyday Bag is great for, well, every day."

"The concept is good but the purse is way too narrow and flat for the items I carry. When I filled it the first time, it looked "inflated". I'd prefer it be wider but not so deep. It's doubtful that I'll use it. For someone carrying lots of flat or narrow items--like papers, cards, pens, notebooks, the design would be suitable and practical."

"I recently took this bag on a trip to London. It spent most of its time tucked into my bigger Hampton Baggallini bag that I got last year. I had the bigger one along to carry guidebooks, maps and a bottle of water along with the Big Zipper Bagg. When we would go someplace where I did not need to take these extras along, I would just pull out my Big Zipper Bagg and take it by itself. It's sturdy and I really like the size - not too big and not too small. I basically used it as my wallet, and the progressively smaller pockets each had their own purpose. It is amazing how much stuff this Big Zipper Bagg can hold. I bought this in black and it did not show dirt. I am very happy with my purchase."

"This is a very nice bag, but it really is too small for what I intended. I wanted to carry my iPad, in its cover, but I find if I have much of anything else in the bag, wallet, sunglasses, etc., I can't readily zip the top. I did my research and read the reviews. Some said the iPad fit, some that it was too tight. I'm keeping the bag because I like it and I can carry most of my daily things with me, but I still am on the hunt for one that will do it all."

"This is my third Baggallini bag. I bought it for using on a trip - knowing I'd need to be hands free. My other Baggallini hands free bag is in brown, and I needed a black bag. The other one is so much better- the Sydney bag (but more $). This one really has too many compartments. I never know where anything is. The Sydney at least has a larger main compartment in which you can see into and find something. I doubt I will use this very often - in fact - will probably give it away and order another Sydney bag in black. My other bag is the baby Milano which I really like alot - but won't work well for travel. Another thing I don't like about this bag is that they have their metal name tag on the front. I would prefer not having any obvious logos on my purse."

"I bought this bag several months ago and have carried it once. It's a good bag for shopping and travel and times when you're willing to give up your wallet and use the card slots in the bag. I can't use it for everyday because I just carry too much stuff, and I don't like not using a wallet for very long. There are lots of pockets and slots and places for organizing your stuff, but when you fill up the exterior pockets, you lose room in the main body of the bag. Two things I wish were different about the bag -- I wish it were deeper from front to back, and I wish it had a flat bottom. The bag won't stand up on its own. As far as durability and appearance, it's a great bag and will last for years but it's just not roomy enough for me."

"I really like this bag. I spilled liquid from a carry out container on it shortly after purchase. I was able to remove the stains after spraying and a couple of washings. Amazingly, the bag looks as good as new! The organization of the bag is very good, although sometimes I do wish that it was just a little wider."

"I have the smaller zipper bag and love it. This bag I will never use again because it does not have a flat bottom like the smaller one. It has an envelop type bottom and cannot be set down without falling over. My daughter-in-law has the same bag and feels the same way. I would buy another if it was redesigned with a flat bottom otherwise,no thanks."
