"I only carry organizer bags with billfold features. This bag has great credit card slots and a zipper pocket for change but no place for dollar bills or check book. I end up putting all of that into the zipper pocket which doesn't work well for me. I like the way the bag looks and the padded pocket for my tablet. It is light weight which is good for me since I load it down."

"This bag looks better than it wears. The organizational pockets look good online but are poorly constructed and not truly usable. The credit card slots, phone pocket etc., are all sewn onto the wall of a zipper compartment. The fabric is very flimsy and unreinforced so it flops all over the place when trying to put items in the pockets. With other Baggallinis, I can slip my credit cards, phone, etc. in place with one hand. With this bag, I need to put the purse down and use both hands to put things in these pockets. Result: When I'm out and about I don't have time to fuss with that and end up dumping everything in the purse and have a big mess. The zipper to the main compartment extends past the bag and also requires two hands to open and close. And the zippers all open in different directions. I'm keeping the bag because I've removed the tags. It's light and pretty and will do well enough when I need a large purse. I'll just slip my wallet bagg or zip n go into it. Too bad, though. With just a little more attention, it could be a great bag."

"I bought this to take my iPad on a trip but started using it right away. The second day I carried it someone knocked my coffee cup out of my hand and spilled coffee down one side of it. I blotted it with a napkin and there was no stain! I love the organization and the adjustable strap. Wearing it as a crossbody bag will make the airport much easier to navigate and keep my belongs safe."

"I have used the bag for daily needs but also took on a vacation with LOTS of walking. The bag easily held all I wanted as I toured....but wasn't big and touristy looking. I would find the wide strap uncomfortable after a while...but on the flip side it didn't feel like the bag easily stolen by a broken strap. I have found the length of the strap doesn't stay secure and I have to adjust often...no big deal though. I wish it had a water bottle or coffee cup pouch. The phone pouch was too small for today's phones but was great for keys or subway tickets. Bag is light weight and cleans easily."

"Overall, I love this purse. I use it a LOT. PROS: Since I have a preschooler, the large size and flexibility of the large main purse area come in handy. It can hold an extra lovey, emergency wipes, a small stuffed animal, whatever comes up, along with my stuff (wallet, keys, card case, etc.). The outside end pockets are great too--perfect to slip in a sippy (or water bottle), or quickly hold my keys. It's light weight makes it easy to hold a lot without feeling like a mule. CONS: I do agree with the lack of structure comments. It gets full and requires two hands to find stuff. Also, I tend not to zip it because that also requires two hands, so occasionally when I bend over, stuff has fallen out. SUMMARY: I would buy it again in different colors (I have two already). Once I'm finally out of the hold things for the kids stage (whenever that will be!), I will probably not use it as much, but for now, it's perfect."

"I wanted a bag to carry my IPad, even with a cover on it, it fits perfectly. This bag has good organization. The pencil/pen slots I use for my lip glosses. The side zip pocket I use for my phone charger and cord. This bag is lightweight and the blue with green inside is very pretty. Very lightweight, nice size to carry all my summer items."

"I really like this bag, it's a good size for an everyday purse. My iPad fits neatly in the side padded pocket, and it fits quite a bit for a smaller size bag due to the shape. Love the water-resistant fabric, and the khaki interior on the black bag makes it easy to see my things inside. Seems like it will be very durable, it's well constructed."

"How do I love you, let me count the ways. My book, tablet, wallet, phone, pens, etc. all fit in this purse and are all well organized. I can reach in and find anything I need within seconds. I decided I'd try it after having a messenger bag that could have moonlighted as a Bag of Holding. Although the green wasn't as dark as I thought it would be, I'm still very happy with the purse. I got a black one as a gift and might just stockpile, so I don't have to bag hunt anytime in the future."

"The Baggallini Companion Hobo is a bit on the large size for not having a good organization system inside. The holders for credit cards are too far down inside to be useful; they are hard to see and it is difficult to remove and replace cards from the holders. The pockets inside are made from a very soft material and it is difficult to put anything inside them because the sides of the pockets collapse. I don't understand the padded pocket inside which has a Velcro closure and seems to serve no particular purpose. The outside is better designed. On one side is a zippered pocket where I put items I don't want apparent to the public. On the other side is a magnetic-closing pocket, which, BTW, is hard to mate up with its closure, which I use for sun glasses and car keys. With its poorly designed inside, it is not a particularly functional purse. It is essentially a large bag in which everything inside goes to the bottom. I am keeping it as a backup handbag. I had only one bag and, while it was being repaired, I found myself having to use a padded lunch bag as a replacement. Now, this bag will be available when I don't want to use my other handbag. The other handbag, which is from a different manufacturer, is much better in design, construction, and appearance, but is also costs more."

"This is a nice bag and it holds a lot as a hobo bag should. However, there was much about it that I didn't 'love'. The first thing that I noticed was that there was just something about the fabric quality of the bag that just seemed a bit off. The second thing I noticed was that I thought there should be better organizational sections. It does have a little divider for a tablet, but I found it more 'in the way' than protection. I wish there were a few better side compartments (there are some) to seperate some of my items. The thing I liked the least was the little magnetic snap to hold the outside pocket closed. It is tiny and it is NOT a snap, but it is constructed to look like one? Unless you line it up just right, forget it. Then I realized that I was comparing this bag to the quality of eBags (of which I own several). In my opinion, this doesn't compare to eBags. This Baggallini is just slightly different and I just don't like it as I have eBags. Maybe if I had never owned an eBag, I might think this bag is just fine. I haven't had this bag all that long, but I even wonder if the material will hold up as well. (I just throw my eBags in the washing machine). For me, this bag is just 'off' a bit in every way."
