"The zipper was not attached properly to the bag. I called Baggallini and was told I would have to mail it back to them. They refused to pay the postage. So I glued the zipper to the bag. I would not recommend this product to anyone."

All the nooks and crannies, zipped pockets and elasticized holders makes this the best cosmetic travel bag I've ever had.
