"I was very disappointed. I purchased this because my other Baggallini purse was looking worn. The handle on this was very long, and no matter how I tried to adjust it, it wouldn't stay in place, it kept twisting & was difficult to straighten out. I finally gave up and called to ask if I could return it."

"I purchased it so I could bring my ipad with me but it is too small for the ipad--thin thin case on my ipad simply to protect screen and the purse squeezes the ipad so tightly that it turns it on and drains the battery! I can't use it as I wished. Have been carrying the ipad separately--not ideal--one more inch on the side, even half an inch would have made it a better fit--am upset that I wasted seventy dollars --I tried using it and fitting and refitting the ipad until past the time I could return it. sigh--disappointed with baggelini and I used to swear by them"

"Purchased for winter travel. The strap is long enough to wear cross body over a heavy coat and the bag is large enough to carry travel documents. I particularly like the small attached case with slots for credit and ID cards. I can leave my wallet at home."
