"Could not decide between London and City Bagg, so ordered both so I could look at each side by side (so hard to do on line!) Liked the external appearance of the London bag more, so filled with my stuff (I don't carry that many items), and quickly realized the bag did not accomodate things as well as I had hoped. Would call the London bag more of an envelope-style pouch than bag, as there are no depth dimensions/bottom to the bag. Items added made the bag appear bulky. Credit card slots were way at the bottom of the bag, making them hard to access from the opening (think of trying to reach for something at the bottom of a business sized envelope). Cards were also forced out of slots after closing the bag because there was so little depth to accomodate. Lining in bag was not attached to exterior, making interior zippers hard to close. Not sure where to put $, as pockets were too deep to access, which would force me to purchase a wallet - the main reason for getting an organizer-style bag is to avoid having a separate wallet. The small detachable pouch inside was a nice touch, but not long enough to accomodate $. Small zipper pouch on the outside was too small to hold anything but a quarter or two...guess this is more for looks than functionality. Horizontal pen holders did not hold pens well, allowing them to flop around the inside of the purse. Overall, a nice looking bag, durable, attracive fabric, but not very functional as an organizer bag. Thanks to ebags return policy, I am sending this one back, and keeping the City Bagg - it is better designed and much better functionality, while still being attractive. If you are trying to decide between London and City baggs, go with the City!"

"I bought this item for a forthcoming European trip but tried it out today at a baseball game and loved it during this very long day! It was comfortable worn either on the shoulder or across the body and held what I needed with room to spare. I'm delighted with this purchase."

"It is a beautiful color, and the pockets on the front are large enough to hold iphone and wallet. However, the body of the bag is too deep, and there is no good way to organize everything that I carry with me. I have another Baggalini that has more separate spaces and pockets and is much easier to find things in."

"I love this bag! My mom got me a coach bag but I needed something I could just sling over for daily use (while on the bus, and going to school). I use this item everyday and have now had for nearly a year now and its held up pretty well. As far as appearance goes I got a neutral brown color so it goes with almost anything! It is also very small (which is something I like) and the front pocket can easily hold my iphone (it may be hard to fit a larger phone). The material is like that of windbreaker and can be easily wiped off for cleaning. I would recommend as a must have for those seeking a small, durable, "no fuss" bag! -Vylet :)"

"I loved finding this bag for a great price on eBags. It was right before a 3 week trip to Europe. Once I returned home, I was using it for the next month on a daily basis. On an out-of-town trip, the ring that is around the twist closure on the front pocket (I use it for my iPhone) fell off. I wasn't aware it was loose. When speaking with a friend about this, she commented that her Baggallini (a different style) had this same issue! My husband ended up fixing it with fabric glue, but the fact this happened with less than 6 months of use, was less than satisfactory. Overall, however, I would recommend this style of Baggallini. The contour shape of the bag is very comfortable and secure."

"I have very long work days, and I am in a lot of different places during the day. I tend to overstuff my bags, but with the London Bagg I can put just the essentials and then some,( I put the others in a larger Baggelinni tote bag which I keep in my office) and not feel like I am missing anything. I love the compartments on this one--not extraneous and I can remember where I put stuff."
