"Overall, I love this bag! It's my everyday purse. It's durable & super cute! The adjustable straps make it easy to change how I wear it depending on what I'm doing. Easy to wipe down if something spills & it doesn't really get dirty just from every day use. --Color: I prefer the charcoal to the graphite (ordered the graphite but returned for the charcoal) graphite was too shiny & lighter in color than on the web. I love the interior color! Wish it was also avail w/black exterior. --Space: I don't use it as a wallet - have my own (long, slim clutch like) & if I want to easily get it in/out of the bag, it's the only thing I can keep in the main compartment. But my iphone does slide in/out easily in the open side pocket in the same main area. I have a couple thin/small items in the zippered interior that I rarely need. Would be a pain to put items in that spot I needed regularly. The two outside zippered compartments are pretty roomy. But if you start putting too many bulky items it does impede on the main center area. For me, ease of getting in/out of areas that I need often is important. --Zippers: The only downside is that the zippers aren't as smooth & easy to zip/unzip as I'd like. Also, because the bag itself is kinda flexible material, you usually have to hold one side or the other to zip/unzip - one hand zipping isn't very easy, but is possible. --My mom-in-law first bought this purse (I saw hers, fell in love & asked if she would mind me getting the same purse - color and all!) & she's still using hers, too. She packs more in hers than I do in mine & can't always close the compartments because of it. She does wish it were a tad more roomy, but is sticking with it because she's committed to downsizing from her bigger purse. --Overall, I'm very happy with this bag. It's cute, durable & versatile. And for a smaller purse, it holds what I need. I'll be using it for a long time to come. =)"

"I got this as an upgrade from the Everyday Bag because I found it a tad bit too small (no room for my cell phone and I lost stuff out of the side pocket). It's slightly larger and has pockets for my cell phone and my handicap placard even fits in the zippered pocket with the cell phone so I don't lose it. The knob for the center compartment makes it easy to tell which side of the purse you're on so you don't open the wrong compartment. My only complaints are the strap is too easy to twist and the zippers are kind of clunky (I like the zippers Baggalini uses traditionally). I am a big fan of Baggalini because they've come through for me in the past and I highly recommend them to anyone. Right now I'm planning my next Baggalini purchase from eBags."

"This is a great purse and has great organization - no need to carry a wallet. However, it is a little too small for me and if it was about 25 percent bigger it would be perfect. It's lightweight and that is a plus. The color is great."

"Bought this bag to take on vacation, wanting something very lightweight, organized, secure, and reasonably attractive. I needed something to carry my cash, cards, a little make-up, a pocket digital camera, a map, and maybe a small/lightweight tour book. Also wanted it to have just a little extra room to accommodate the bits and pieces that I end up getting stuck carrying on vacations because I'm the mom and the only one carrying a bag (when will I wise up on this??!?!?!!). I wanted a bag that isn't very big and won't weigh me down during long days of walking, but will carry everything easily and look good doing it. Well, this bag does everything I need it to do and more. As an added bonus, it's cute too! I bought the charcoal bag with bright pink interiors -- the exterior grey color is a perfect medium/dark grey, a little darker than pewter, and will go with just about everything. Opening the compartments to reveal the cheery pink linings is a treat! The compartments themselves are very well organized and convenient, with plenty of space for my needs. There's no need to carry a wallet with this bag. The bag is very lightweight and comfortable to wear (I wear it cross-body style; it's so lightweight that I do think I might have trouble keeping it from falling off my shoulder if I were using it as a shoulder bag). The zippers were a little stiff at first but they are wearing in nicely. All in all, this is the perfect bag for whenever I want to travel light. It's certainly not fancy or luxurious looking, but I have other bags for that. When I want something practical but still attractive, I'll use this one. (Though I bought it for vacations, I find myself looking for chances to use it during the week because it's so cute and convenient.)"

"The metal zippers are a little rough. I've snagged my finger nails on them a couple of times already. The center zipper part with the knob closure is also awkward, if you don't lock the knob piece then you have a hole in the upper part of the bag, if you lock the knob but don't zip it shut, you have a large open area. Not sure I'm going to keep it."

"I like the bag, the organization is great. I wish it was a little bigger. It's hard to get into the middle compartment. You have to be careful with the zippers, they can cut up your fingers."

"Nice organization, but...the zippers are terrible! They are metal, don't slide well, and are very rough. I'm concerned that the rough zippers will rub against my clothes and ruin them. The bag is going back to ebags."

"Zipper damaged clothing. Love everything about this bag: size, compartments, and wide shoulder strap. The large zippers were ok, until I realized they were rubbing and fraying my clothes as I wore it as a cross body bag. The zippers caused, pilling and fraying on 2 sweaters. Unfortunately, with zippers on both sides, there is no way to wear this bag as a cross body bag without it damaging my clothing."

"I purchased my first Paris Bagg (Steel Blue) in a store. Liking it so much, I ordered two more Paris Baggs in two other colors (Leaf Green and Charcoal) from eBags. I used the Leaf Green bag through the summer, liking it as much as the first bag. I took the Charcoal bag out to use in the Fall, only to find that the zippers in that bag were clunky, difficult to zip and that the sharp edges on the zippers cut my fingers. I have communicated with Baggallini over the past month about this issue. I returned the first Charcoal bag to them, and they sent me a replacement one. It, too, has the same issue with the zippers. They asked for a photo of the Steel Blue and Leaf Green bags. I sent them one. My contention has been that those two bags have better quality zippers than either of the Charcoal bags. I have returned the replacement bag and have asked that I receive one in a different color, hoping that this will make a difference. Interestingly enough, the Odyssey, Criss-cross and Tote Baggallini bags all have much better and different zippers. Misery loves company, I guess, because I noticed other customers have had the same problems with the zippers in their Paris Baggs."

"This is the perfect casual bag for daily "around the town" use. The size and organizational features are great, and I'm planning on packing this in my suitcase for an upcoming trip to Italy!"
