"The bag doesn't pack well. The top sinks in even when fully packed. The handles get in the way - they are stiff and don't fold flat or detach. This bag is more form than function."

"I love this little bag. It's the right size and shape for either an overnight trip or as a carry on. When I travel internationally for business, I usually carry my professional clothes in a carry on in case the checked luggage is lost. This bag works well for it. The laptop portion is just right. Note: It does NOT fit under most airline seats. If you sit in the exit row, yes,. . . it fits. But under another seat, no . . I had no luck with that which was disappointing. Rolls well. Sturdy zippers. Nice fabric. I like it."

"I purchased this bag based on looks but was unhappy with the quality/durability when it arrived. It frequently tips over and does not hold as much as the smaller Rick Steves bag of a similar shape that I also use. After one year, one of the wheels completely shredded the rubber casing, and it is expensive to replace the wheels. I will not be purchasing a baggallini bag again."

"Looks good. Holds a lot. Fits under airplane seat, which was my goal = a rolling tote that fits under the seat."

"I work as a Professional Organizer and I wanted a bag that wasn't black so I ordered this bag in red with orange lining. I can find anything in my bag quickly, plus I can locate my bag when I am working. The bag stays upright, the handle goes up and down easily, and the zippers go all the way down on both sides. The material is thick yet water resistant so when I'm caught in the rain my things are still dry. It's a perfect bag!"

"I've just used my bag for the first time and I'm very pleased. I was able to fit everything I needed for a 5-day trip, the outside pocket was perfect for the baggie full of liquids, and it was very easy to maneuver through the airport and to lift up to the overhead bin."

"Cute but handle breaks, even if you're careful! I really wanted to love this bag. It is perfect for quick trips on the train or plane, when you don't need a lot of bulky clothing with you. After about 6 trips, being careful with the bag because of the negative reviews I read here, the telescoping handle finally got stuck. And I had to purchase a wheeled luggage cart just so I could get it home on the return leg of my trip, since I wasn't able to carry. Now I have to get it fixed before I can use it again. Also, the nylon on the bottom of the bag is starting to look threadbare after so few uses (and as I said, I am careful with it). Baggallini, read the reviews on this site and fix your engineering issues with these bags! Sadly, as they are now, they are not worth the money or the headache. Buy another more reliable brand of wheeled luggage."

"I wanted to love this - it is a baggallini - how could I not love it? Well , it isn't up to the usual design and quality standards. The extendable handle is flimsy - this is not something you want to break in mid-trip. It is also surprisingly awkward to get the handle in and out of its section. The straps are sort of useless - they are not padded so hurt my when hands and are too long for a short person to hold with arm fully extending but too short to use over your shoulder. It looks like it would fit a lot of stuff, but I wanted something that would fit under a seat in a pinch and something that I could roll in airports but also carry when there were steps or snow or whatever. This doesn't fit the bill for any of those things and so back it goes."

"It will *not* fit in the overhead of a standard Embraer regional jet. Nonetheless, this is a great bag for a short trip if you're skilled at packing light. I've had to travel weekly for business lately, and this bag has been able to carry all I need for 2-3 day business trips. (Not including a laptop that travels seperately in my matching Baggalini tote.) The telescoping handle is sturdy and locks in 2 positions. The bag is very light weight and with the carry handles on top I can comfortably carry it up the jetway if I choose not to take the time to pull out the telescoping handle. It may be too wide to roll down narrow airplane ailes, but unlike a regular rollaboard, this bag is not awkward to carry down the aisles. I can fit work clothes, exercise clothes, and a pair of lightweight running shoes inside with no problems. The one time I tried to use it for a 4 day trip, I had to use a different bag. If I had forgone the jeans and hoodie for casual night attire, though, I'm sure it would have accomodated all my work and exercise attire for 4 days just fine. As noted, it cannot fit into the overhead bin of the regional jets flown by most major carriers. However, it has stood up very well to several trips involving gate-checking."

"This is my second rolling tote so you know they have to be good. Actually they improved on the old one. They added an extra compartment which fits your Ipad. It is great for overnight or as a carry on flight bag. I have the matching tote that fits over the handle. It looks great and is soooo practical"
