"I really love the appearance of this bag and my only comments are structural. As pointed out by someone else, the "cell phone" pocket won't fit most smart phones (but mine isn't smart so it fits). I'd love to have easier access internal pockets - perhaps making at least some of them more shallow. There is no really easy-access place to put my wallet, or my keys - they fall to the bottoms of the very deep pockets. However, I am still getting organized!"

"Love this bag!It has much more storage than pictured! I was impressesd! My phone fits better on an inside pocket, there is room for business cards, mp3 player and much more. I use this to carry my small computer, and a thick planner as well as my brochures and a catalog! It is bigger than I orginally thought; however, everything fit fine as mentioned and still have room for more! The strap can be used as over-the shoulder, or it can be used as a backpack style. If using it as a backpack, unclip it from the sides. When using the bag, it is not heavy on my shoulders compared to every day bags. Well worth the price, as I realize this bag will last a very long time. I am in sales, and I am a mother of a special needs child. In addition to my belongings, there is room for a few extras for my child, which cuts down on the amount of bags that I carry with us when we are spending a day at the hospital. I would highly recommend this bag for everyone who is continually on the move."
