"I loved the look and the size of the bag. Roomy inside, liked that it could fit under a airline seat. I had to return this bag because the handle would not hold in certain heights. I am a petite women and needed the handle in a shorter position but did not lock kept slipping in lower position and locking in higher. Too bad looked like perfect bag, but useless without locking handle."
