"I purchased this item about eight years ago and it still looks brand new today even though I use it several days a week. Briggs & Riley products are awesome. This bag has a lot of compartments to keep you organized. The sizes of the compartments vary for your individual needs. It is sturdy and extremely user friendly. The only negative is that when it is full, and, I usually pack my laptop, files, pens, and other things, it gets heavy to haul around. However, I would purchase it again for the durability."

"Awesome bag. I looked at all the upper tier brands and this was by far the most functional, and most comfortable. The strap is a shock absorbing neoprene at the shoulder which is super comfortable. The interior panels for organization are very well thought out and I make use of every pocket. The front slash pocket has a magnetic closure which is great for holding a boarding pass. Then there is a pocket with an orange interior lining - what a great idea. You can see at a glanc if the pocket is open, and the orange provides a nice contrast for the typical black color of electronic accessories like chargers and Bluetooth headsets. The Tumi was a close second but this one won due to the great warranty."
