"Best built, best organized rolling computer bag I have ever owned and I have owned many including much higher profile 'name' brands. This B&R is just built better with more attention to detail and finish. It also just 'feels' more solid. Even those 'high profile" names will have some crooked or uneven stitching of internal pockets in particular (which makes little difference to functionality) - but this does not. It has many pockets with great arrangement and easily fits my computer (although I don't use the provided sleeve or the usual computer compartment), various electronic gadgets as well as a change of shirt, underwear etc., and paper files. I am still uncertain about the 'outside' handle system and this use of/loss of space relative to the more common inside handles. It does however mean that you can use the grab handles without having to move the extendable trolley handle which is good when you need to alternatively pull and carry/lift the bag in rapid succession such as on the flat and then escalators. This point on being able to use the grab handles and the rolling handle in quick succession and without each getting in the other's way (such as having to put the rolling handle down to use the grab handles) was something I only really appreciated on getting and using the bag. I have always been a B&R fan having had one of their older 18" uprights for many years - but now I am converted to their computer bags too! The build quality of this bag is just outstanding."

"I bought this item to replace my husband's tired older Briggs and Riley rolling bag. He says that although this one is slightly narrower and therefore holds a file or two less, that makes him pack more thoughtfully-- and it makes the bag even more easy to travel with. He is extremely pleased with this -his second B&R bag in 15 years of constant air and office travel."

"I like the strategic way the storage compartments are arranged. Perfect for travel and quick access. Rolls nicely. I haven't had to expand it yet and I have not used the shoulder strap. Why would I carry this bag when it has wheels? I have had a few challenges with the handle. It does not collapse as smoothly as I would like but it I am patient, all is fine. Really like the option to attach my briefcase to another piece of luggage. All in all it was a good purchase."

"This bag will last a lifetime, it is very well made. It has served me for about 5 years but I no longer carry it... It is just TOO HEAVY. It weights almost 10 pounds completely EMPTY! With Airlines starting to weight carry ons (boo to Hawaiian Airlines) this bag is not practical for most trips."

"This is my third Briggs & Riley purchase and it has lived up to my very high expectations for their luggage. It is exceptionally well-made with all sorts of surprising and thoughtful details. It has a clever elasticized clasp on the back that lets me slip it over the pull-out handle on a bigger wheeled bag. Alternatively, I can drop a smaller carry-on over its pull-out handle. This one is small enough for the overhead compartment on an airplane and it has so many extra storage areas that I can use it for both laptop and clothes on a brief overnight trip."
