"I chose this based on other reviews saying the handle is longer than most, and on my first trip was so glad I did. I'm 5' 7" and the handle extends far enough that it doesn't hit my heels when I walk, which is usually a problem for me. It holds more than I expected, laptop, notebooks and files, plus plenty of room for small purse, carry on essentials and a sweater or light change of clothes. Easy to open and take laptop out through security, The only con I've found is that the material is stiff, so the zipper is a little hard to close when the bag's full. There's a small exterior pocket, but too small to hold much more than boarding passes. The grey is a little more green-grey than the silver/charcoal pictured, but it's distinctive and classic. The vinyl is easy to keep clean and looks like it will hold up well. A bit pricy, but I like it much better than other less expensive roller laptop bags I've had in the past."
