Might have to get another only because this one is getting dirty and worn looking, even though it doesn't have a tear on it!"

"This bag is great for school! I really liked the additional front pocket that contains my box of pens, pencils, etc. that you can adjust by tightening or loosening of the straps. It is very solid and it looks great, too."

"our 10 year old has to carry WAY too much every day to school.. on trains, buses, and all over the school. this bag is neatly put together, pockets are efficient, lots of space in bottom for lunch bags, instrument, etc etc... and the 2 water/beverage side pockets are ALWAYS important too. finally, it rolls well / easily and is lightweight. thx."

"Very poor quality - first the handle stitching came out and the handle fell off. Then just this week the retractable handle broke into several pieces. Bag is now unusable."

"I bought this item to take a 14 inch laptop back and forth to work. The laptop pouch does not fit a 14 inch machine. Since I used the product, I feel like I cannot ask for a refund or replacement, but it is now in my attic and will stay there. I was really not satisfied."

"NEVER USED IT. THE APPEARANCE WS THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THE BAG. THE LAPTOP SLEEVE WAS MUCH TOO SMALL FOR MY SMALL LAPTOP, THE CLOSURE CAME NO WHERE NEAR TO SECURING THE LAPTOP IN THE SLEEVE. THE HANDLE FELT FLIMSLY AND DID NOT EASILY TELESCOPE OPEN OR CLOSE. I LITERALLY OPEN THE PRODUCT, ATTEMPTED TO TRY IT OUT AND PACKED IT BACK UP THE SAME DAY. JUST NEED TO RETURN IT. i HAVE A SAMSONITE LAPTOP BACKPACK THT I LOVE, IT JUST DOES NOT HAVE WHEELS. THIS PRODUCT...HATE IT!!!"
