"The kids need to go up and down 4 steps on their way to school and as they drag the backpack over the steps they "wear" through the bottom of their backpacks. Reinforcing the bottom section of the bag would make this a great product."

"Overall great backpack. Only thing when I put in my order for this particular backpack when I received it, seems like I received the newer version then getting the old version thang was displayed when I ordered it. No big deal but there were few minor details I was expecting .. They need to keep up to date with the updating there pics online."

"I love this bag! This my first CalPak bag, I received it as a Christmas gift and its great. I use it to travel. It fits nicely under the seat on the plane. It also fits my 13 inch MacBook Pro very well. Although anything bigger than a 15 inch laptop would not fit. Great bag. I highly recommend."
