"The Biggest Problem its the body of the pack tends to roll or sag backward from the top even when the waistbelt is cinched tight. Sometimes it almost seems to roll backwards until it is bottom up. The FlashFlo is poorly engineered in this respect. I've owned lumbar packs from various other manufacturers over the years and those that are well engineered invariably include some sort of engineering to prevent the waistpack from rolling backwards at the top, either by including additional adjustable straps, top and bottom, on either side, or by using internal stays, or other design features."

"The problem with the bag is that the tube is too short to reach from the waistline, over the shoulder to your mouth."

"I'm training for the 3 day walk for the cure, and it's great to cinch the sides as you drink the water and I like the large pocket, for snacks, phone etc!"

"I would have liked other color options. Its a little bulkier (and heavish when full) than a traditional fanny-pack. But I wanted a hands free alternative for water while on shorter hikes, and less bulk/weight/heat than my full back pack with full size CamelBak inserted. I save that for longer trips. The hose from the camelbak might be a little too short."

"I wish the item had more storage built into it. Then it would make better sense to have pockets. As it is when you fill the water pouch, you could fit a single key in the other pockets. I think it might be time for a redesign."

"I use this for standup paddleboarding. The only drawback I see is that the tubing is not long enough, not to have to crane your neck to get a drink. If you rotate the bag 180 degrees, and insert it into the cover, you will get some extra length. Also I took an alligator clip from another one of my camelbacks to fasten to my shirt so that the mouthpiece is more accessible for a quick drink while I'm paddling. I could see that the length issue would be a problem with cycling, also. You should be able to get a drink without interrupting your activity too much."
