"THe only problem I have with this item... Is when the bladder is full, it pushes into the main storage compartment and greatly reduces the usage. Basically making that large storage area unusable."

"I have recently upgraded from the Camelbak "Lobo" pack to the "Mule", the main reason for the upgrade originally was to get more liquid volume for the 3-4 hour rides I do. The volume is definately a big plus, But also notable is the extra room and stability of this pack. I can now carry the needed tools, snacks, spare clothes and intertainment pieces I used to have to do without. There is plenty of room for my light batteries [night riding] cell phone, MP 3 player, keys and tool set. All in all this is a well designed medium pack, and with the Belly Strap and Chest Strap, you can count on the Mule staying where you put it. This is the biggest benefit of this pack, in my oppinion, especially on the technical trails I ride."

"Loved the size of the backpack for commuting in NYC but didn't want the water bag. So I removed it and gave it to my wife for her workouts."
