"I purchased this item as a gift for my husband, a government employee whose work requires him to make frequent one-night trips out of town. He was quite pleased when he opened the package and was even more pleased after he had a chance to inspect the bag more closely. He likes the roomy area for personal essentials and a change of clothing and he also likes the idea that, depending on how you pack, there could be room for a second laptop. He hasn't used it yet, but is looking forward to doing so since this one compact case can do the work of the two he's been using. We also take two or more leisure trips per year and he likes the security-friendly feature of this case as well as the size, which allows for either under-seat or overhead stowing aboard an aircraft. Even though he's a pretty large fellow, his shoulder still aches after a day of hauling his laptop all over the airport in its old carrying case, so he's not sorry at all to have a new one that he can pull along behind."

"This bag is better than I expected. I originally ordered this because I wanted to take my new lap top on a trip and I knew I was not able physically to carry it by hand. I wanted to be able to pull it, and the added feature of just a slip for the computer itself that goes through tsa without having to take it out of the case as my husband has always had to do. There are so many sections to put things in that my husband couldn't even find one. The available space is amazing. If i was going on overnight it is all I would need. Now my husband wants one. I highly recommend it."

"I purchased this as a gift for my son-in-law who travels several times a week as a lawyer. He loves it; makes going through TSA lines so much easier & has enough room to pack clothes for overnight trips as well as all his legal files. Nice mother-in-law, aren't I? I purchased the same brand but different size for myself & my husband as we fly 2-4 times a month."

"I like it, but I think the handle could be a little more sturdy and the wheels a little smoother...that being said, I've had worse, but I've had better too. For the price it is a great bag. I needed it to carry my 17" laptop to and from work and on and off a plane twice a week. It has great storage and barely fits in the small overheads...so overall, I'm happy with it."

"I love this bag. Case Logic thinks of everything you need. Really like the easy remove laptop case. Also like that the inside file pocket expands for easy access to files and good visability of file jackets."
