"The basic design of the Case Logic bag is good. Top handle is good. Back straps very good. Security feature works as designed. Zippers are too light and tend to drag. Returned first bag due to tears at the base of the zipper stops. Ebags returned new bag replacement quickly. Materials are medium weight."

"So far so good...bag had some scrapes on the leather but it works just as advertised ...haven't traveled so i don't know how the tsa will react to it..."

"The zippered clamshell design worked perfectly and the backpack opened-up almost flat. I was able to leave my Laptop inside with no TSA request to remove it for inspection while passing through the Airport many times. This product does as promised and the many pockets helped to keep me organized during my trips."

"Great bag - Excellent for going thru security. No need to remove your laptop. Also use this as my work backpack - there's room for files, books and I can even fit shoes and a lunch if I choose. Very lightweight and easy to carry. Glad I bought it."

"The zippers are not nearly adequate for the usage that they get. Heavy duty, durable, zippers that will close smoothly with one hand are a must. The pouch on the front has cloth that gathers in a semi-wrinkle that prevents it from being closed with one hand. Usually, I am holding the bag with my other hand in a TSA line and have to sit it on the floor in order to free up my other hand to close the zipper. The zippers also need to be smoother - they seem to grab as they close."

"I am very pleased with the laptop back pack especially when traveling through airport security. I dom't have to remove my laptop any more. The only feature I would have liked was a side pocket for my water bottle."
