Case Logic XN Urban Carry-On Flight Bag 

"I was looking for a business tote to replace my brief case for certain business trip situations. I wanted something that would hold laptop, cords, files and all my girlie purse stuff and still have room for a few larger things, zip shut and fit under an airplane seat. Was having trouble finding what I wanted (without spending $300 to $500), so I decided to try this carryon instead. This holds it all, plus still has room for a small purse, a book, daytimer, sweater and lunch! Really holds a lot and still keeps it's shape. Also looks nice only half full. Like the other reviewer stated, it's not 9 inches wide, more like 6 inches, but the way the bag is structured, makes the side depth more flexible. The organization is minimal, but it works for me. Slips easily over my suitcase handle and sits firmly in place. Maybe not something to carry for sales calls, but I work a lot of trade shows and it's perfect for that. Only a few complaints: would like a large slip pocket on the back for letter size papers, an outside water bottle holder and wish the front pocket was gusseted on both side. Nothing is perfect though. The tote is light weight and really well made, great value for the price. It will also make a nice weekender tote. Looking forward to many years of use!"

"The dimensions listed for this item (15 x 9.5 x 16) are NOT accurate. The width is no where near 9.5 -- it's more like 5 inches. That said, it is a nice looking bag and would be good for travel. Unfortunately, I already have a bag that is too similar - i bought this one with the specific expectation that it would be bigger, but it is not."
