"While this is a nice bag the handles are too short to go over a coat and since you can not adjust the handles you are left to carry this bag in your hands especially during the winter. I do like the organization of the bag and I purchased this bag to use as a carry on travel bag however if I could have returned it I would have. This bag really needs a shoulder strap. The inside pocket for the laptop is great because I can put my tablet in there and still have room for a small purse and other items. The back double zip slip pocket works as a pocket and can slip over your luggage handle, the front pocket is great for travel papers, small change purse, cell phones etc. I would encourage case logic to put a loop on each side so that a shoulder strap can be added and this would be the perfect travel bag as well as an everyday bag for work. Think about it."

"I use this bag as a briefcase for work, and it has exceeded expectation. It is large enough to hold my laptop w/ sleeve, and/or files, legal pad, book, etc. The bags main compartment (zippered with luggage lock loops) is divided into 4, one with a zipper. On the front of the bag there is a smaller zippered pouch that is divided inside it has two felted pouches for cell phone, pens, etc. another zippered compartment and a key leash. On the back of the bag, a double-zipped compartment that can be used as extra storage or attached to the handle of luggage. This bag is of excellent quality durable compact yet spacious enough to accommodate all professional and personal items (which are many) that I need to carry. One of the best features - the bag is vertical instead of horizontal, which allows for greater freedom navigating in crowds and tight spaces. I would definitely make this purchase again."

"I love it. Keeps me from carrying unnecessary items. Just enough organization pockets. Only draw back is that the straps are not long enough to go over my winter coat.I'll be fine in the spring, summer and fall."

"Love the bag and especially the various pockets for personal items and support for my laptop. My only negative is I wish it had wheels!!! After I pack it, it gets heavy if I need to carry it for long periods of time."
