"Wanted a simple analog watch that was well made, robust, and waterproof; also wanted one that was easy to read at a glance. Previously had a version with the digital insert that was always causing problems (i.e. hard to set, buttons stuck), so this is the basic version that is much simpler to use and with fewer things to break. Nicely made, very solid, easy to read at a glance, easy to set, winding nob can be screwed down to lock it into place. Is heavier and thicker than I expected, but very comfortable to wear for long periods."
