ClaireChase Sierra Laptop Back Pack 

"I purchased the red ClaireChase Sierra Laptop Back Pack, and will start using it daily tomorrow. It is absolutely beautifully made and a perfect size for a laptop, papers, and for many more items. The only negative is that I had to find a cobbler to shorten the straps by more than 7 inches and to add several additional holes. If you have to shorten the straps as well, don't have them cut off the ends (it will never look the same). I am 5 ft. 2 in., so the dimensions of the bag are perfect, but not meant for someone my height. I'd buy this bag again, and am considering purchasing a slightly larger one in another color as a gift."

The only unfortunate thing is that the pull strings that close up the main bag ripped off. It looks like the stitching that connects it to the bag wasn't as strong as it could have been (or my girlfriend is far too strong, which is also plausible ;)"

"Capacity: eBags says that a 15.4" MacBook Pro won't fit. It will just squeeze in, as long as you don't mind that the clip to hold it in the inner compartment doesn't close. Plenty of room for other stuff too. Fit: The straps adjust with belt-style buckles. At the tightest setting, the straps were far too loose for me. I had to punch an extra hole in the straps to make the bag comfortable to carry. I'm a woman of fairly average build. This will be even more of a problem for petite or skinny women. Looks: the styling of the bag is halfway between leather handbag and school satchel, pretty cute. The red bag has lovely soft leather, and white stitching, with good quality antiqued brass buckles. Shame about the cheap black plastic zips. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. I feel a lot more stylish going to work, now that I no longer wear a nasty cheap nylon backpack."
