"This is a beautiful well-made bag. I have only had it for a few weeks so I can't tell how durable it is, but it appears to be very well made. I wanted a "briefcase" that held my laptop and also looked a little more feminine. My only suggestions to improve it would be to make the handle/strap a little bit longer - I use it over my shoulder, but if I had a winter coat on, it would be too short. Not a lot longer, maybe just an inch or so. Also, the "water bottle holders" on the side need to be just a little larger. A small bottle of water barely fits, but I definitely wanted a bag that had an outside water bottle holder. The other "problem" was the price - I had been looking for a bag for over a year and never came across this one until it went on sale - I couldn't afford it at the regular price - however, at the sale price it was just right."

"This bag is not particularly attractive but boy is it functional! The biggest problem is too many pockets and I havent got my "system" down on where I put my boarding pass cell phone, etc yet so end up fumbling around. That said, I love the fact that it has a strap for over your luggage and that the handles are long enough to keep it on your shoulder. Would buy it again...just wish it was a little more stylish."

"I bought this when I took a new job requiring travel a couple times a month. For local travel, I use it as my laptop bag. For overnight trips, it is my second personal carry-on (in lieu of a purse), and I put my iPad in it, with the laptop in my rolling carry-on. The bag is PERFECT for my needs. It is on the heavy side, but there has to be a tradeoff if you are carrying something as heavy as a laptop. The same design that makes it sturdy and able to stand on its own does add some weight. When I am traveling overnight I use one of the inside compartments for "purse stuff", the middle for my iPad and the third pocket for paperwork, etc. Travel documents and small items I may need in-flight go in the outside pockets. The two cell phones I carry I attach to the handle with lanyard cases and tuck into two of the deep inside pockets. The laptop charger fits easily into the outside pocket on the other side, along with other small laptop accessories (remote presenter, etc.). The side strap makes it easy to pop right over the handle of my rolling carry-on. I am the world's worst organizer, and this keeps me organized enough to navigate airports and airplanes and presentations with the illusion of competence. I think I can credit it with actually lowering my stress level! Apparently some people using it every day for commuting have issues with the durability, but I've been using it pretty regularly and have noticed no fraying or other problems. In addition, it is a great-looking bag and I have received lots of compliments."

"I had very high hopes for this bag when I purchased it 18 months ago -- but within 6 months the stitching around all the interior pockets had ripped and now all the leather has flaked off the leather trim, including the handle. It is a huge disappointment that this bag didn't hold up longer. I love the size and color and received many compliments on it -- but it's lack of durability leaves much to be desired."
