"Pretty pattern, appears to be great quality. I'm just confused about the sizing. The small fits very snug on my 25" hard side luggage but loose on my 21" carry-on. So I'm not sure how TSA will treat this piece on my 25" next month when I use it for the first time. I was thinking about ordering the large for my 29" luggage but now I'm not so sure."
