"I want to love this bag, and for the most part, I do. It's very convenient to access all the pockets and storage areas. It easily adapts to whatever use I need for it to fill, from kid snacks and changes of clothes to paperwork, a laptop, and camera gear. However, about two months after I purchased it, the material immediately around the grab handle started to develop a hole. Once I noticed it, I just stitched it up and called it a day, but I've noticed it happening on the other side as well. I'll be mending that, too, but I can't say how well this thing is going to hold up over time if it keeps developing rips and holes from its own stitching."
